Harshit Rathi

Harshit Rathi has a diverse work experience in risk analytics and modelling, enterprise and credit risk management, and finance and accounts. Harshit is currently the Director of Risk Analytics and Modelling at Northern Arc Capital, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the Associate Director of Risk Analytics and Modelling at the same company from April 2019 to April 2021. From October 2012 to April 2019, Harshit worked at Reliance Financial Ltd as the Head of Enterprise and Credit Risk Management. Harshit started their career at Total Group in September 2010 as a Manager in Finance and Accounts, a role they held until September 2012.

Harshit Rathi, CFA, FRM, SCR, pursued an MBA in Finance (major) and Marketing (minor) from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Sathyabama University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from 2004 to 2008. Harshit has also obtained several certifications, including their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in 2014 and their Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the GARP FRM Program in 2016. Additionally, they have completed the Sustainability and Climate Risk certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2020 and is currently pursuing the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process certification from CRISIL Limited.
