Ramesh Arumugam

Ramesh Arumugam has extensive experience in the field of HR. Ramesh currently holds the position of Associate Director - HR at Northern Arc Capital since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as Associate Vice President - HR from April 2019 to March 2022. Ramesh also worked as a Senior Associate - HR at the same company from December 2014 to March 2019. Before joining Northern Arc Capital, they worked at Equitas Micro Finance India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Officer HR from September 2012 to December 2014. At Equitas, Ramesh was responsible for onboarding, post-recruitment documentation, and providing induction to new joiners. Their career started at G4S as an HR Executive from June 2011 to September 2012.

Ramesh Arumugam completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Anna University between 2009 and 2011. From 2015 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Dr. Ambedkar Law College in Tirupati. Prior to that, they pursued a B.Sc degree in Mathematics at Alagappa University from 2005 to 2008. Ramesh completed their schooling at Government Higher Secondary School in Tamilnadu from 1997 to 2002, and then attended Government Model Higher Secondary School in Pudukkottai from 2002 to 2004.
