Sujay Prakash

Sujay Prakash is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in business leadership and credit management. Currently serving as Director and Business Head for Retail Secured Assets at Northern Arc Capital since January 2022, Sujay is responsible for the nationwide rollout of MSME Loans Against Property. Previous roles include managing credit and risk functions at Citibank India from May 2005 to December 2021, overseeing a well-controlled portfolio and remediating collection processes. Sujay also held positions at ICICI Bank as Product Head, driving retail and wholesale trade lending, and at Citibank India as a Sales Manager in the mortgage sector. Early career experience includes sales management at Britannia Industries Limited and a Graduate Engineering Trainee position with L&T. Sujay holds a PGDM in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
