Sara Coverstone

Sara Coverstone currently serves as the Chief Compliance and Information Security Officer at Northern Arizona Healthcare, overseeing compliance, privacy, audit, and cybersecurity functions since March 2021. Prior to this role, Sara held several leadership positions at OSF HealthCare, including Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer and Director of Compliance Effectiveness, where responsibilities included directing a team of compliance officers, developing compliance programs, and providing oversight for home care and hospice compliance initiatives. Sara's early career included roles focused on clinical practice, nursing supervision, and case management. Sara holds a Master of Arts in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from Trinity International University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Southeast.
