Laila Jaunkalns is a seasoned professional in enterprise strategy with experience at IBM since 2022, focusing on the Banking and Payments sector. Previously, Laila held various strategic roles at RBC from 2011 to 2022, culminating in leadership positions such as Digital Acquisition Strategy Lead and Director of BFS Role Strategy. Laila also contributes as a Board Member at Northern Birch Credit Union since 2023 and has a strong educational background with an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from the Munk School, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University.
