Patrick Glaessner

Patrick Glaessner SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Patrick is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the Northern California Golf Association and Poppy Holding INC. Prior to this, they worked at the University of California, Berkeley where they held multiple roles including Director of Operations for Women's Tennis, Assistant Athletics Director for Human Resources, Director of Human Resources & Policies, Special Projects & HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, and Olympic Sports Operations & Fan Experience Intern. Before joining UC Berkeley, Patrick worked as a Tennis Instructor/Shop Assistant at Claremont Country Club.

Patrick Glaessner SHRM-SCP holds a Masters of Arts degree in Teaching from Loyola University Maryland, obtained in 2012. Patrick also earned a BBA degree in Business/Commerce, General from Loyola University Maryland in 2011. In addition, they obtained a Certificate of Human Resources in Human Resources Management and Services from UC Berkeley Extension in 2020. Patrick attended The University of Auckland in 2010 and St. Ignatius College Preparatory from 2004 to 2007, although no specific degrees or fields of study were provided for these institutions. Patrick Glaessner obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in March 2021.
