Emily Lum, MPH

Emily Lum, MPH has a diverse range of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Staff Research Associate III and a Staff Research Associate II at NCIRE - The Veterans Health Research Institute. Emily also worked as a Figure Skating Instructor at Nazareth Ice Oasis, where they coached individual and group lessons and provided support for figure skating events.

In 2015-2016, Emily served as a Senior Documentation Specialist at Augmedix, where they documented information in the electronic health record and supervised newly hired scribes. Emily also gained experience in navigating different electronic health record systems.

Emily's work experience also includes being a Figure Skating Instructor at Belmont Iceland from 2014 to 2016, where they coached and mentored skaters of all ages and assisted with operational tasks.

Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated their skills in research, data analysis, documentation, and teaching/coaching.

Emily Lum, MPH earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology from UC Santa Barbara in the years 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Epidemiology at Drexel University from 2016 to 2018, with a minor in Infectious Disease Prevention and Control.
