Jerry Wong has extensive experience in IT support and troubleshooting. Jerry'smost recent role was as an IT Support Specialist at NCIRE - The Veterans Health Research Institute since March 2019. Before attending San Francisco State University, Jerry Wong earned an Associate's degree in Military Science/Psychology from the New Mexico Military Institute - NMMI in 1987. In 1985, they graduated from George Washington High School. In terms of additional certifications, Jerry Wong has completed various training courses on topics such as Outlook 2019 for Mac, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, troubleshooting common PC issues, Word, and Office 365 administration. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn throughout the years 2020 and 2021.
