Randy Howard

Randy Howard serves as the General Manager at NCPA since January 2015, bringing extensive experience from a previous role as Senior Assistant General Manager - Power System at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power from January 1988 to May 2015. Randy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, attained between 1989 and 1992, as well as a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, completed between 1988 and 1991.
