Nathalie Belair

Nathalie Belair, PCP, currently serves as the Director of Labour Relations and People and Culture at Northern Credit Union, a position held since October 2008, where responsibilities encompass all aspects of human resources and related duties. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Staff Representative at I.W.A./U.S.W.A. Local 1-2693 from 2000 to 2008, focusing on labour relations, grievance arbitration, negotiations, WSIB, and benefit and government appeals. Nathalie completed a degree in Human Resource Management at Confederation College from 1993 to 1996 and has been involved in the Registered School for Nursing Assistants program since 1988.
