Paul Gill

Paul Gill is an experienced Emergency Care Assistant currently employed at Mersey Medical Services Ltd since June 2025, providing frontline emergency care and patient transport. Paul has also worked as a Self Employed Pre-Hospital Emergency Care provider with PFG Medical since March 2023, and has held the role of School Governor with Northern Education Trust since November 2022. Previously, Paul gained valuable experience as an Urgent Care Lead and Emergency Care Assistant at NorWest Medical from October 2023 to June 2025, and as a Volunteer North West Ambulance Community First Responder from September 2022 to September 2024. In earlier positions, Paul served as Fire and Security Service Manager at Johnson Controls and as Director of Operations (Associate) at KRSS Ltd, where business plans and service quality standards were established. Paul’s commitment to community and education is reflected in voluntary roles, including the PTA Chairperson at Harrop Fold School.
