Jonathan Lema

Jonathan Lema has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonathan founded 4u2u in 2023 and currently serves as the Founder and Chair. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of ALFAJIRI SKIA RECORDS. In 2014, they worked as the Director of Research and Development at NEWL. In 2020, they founded Alfajiri Group. Jonathan Lema also has experience as the Managing Director of Joshmal Hotels in 2019. Jonathan has held positions as a Director at Elerai Construction Company since 2016 and at Jitegemee Inc from 2016 to 2017.

Jonathan Lema's education history begins with their high school education at Brookhouse International School in Kenya from 2003 to 2009. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing at Keele University from 2010 to 2015.

In 2018, Jonathan obtained a Certificate in QMS Auditor from Bureau Veritas. Additionally, they obtained the ISO 9001 Lead Implementer - Quality Certification from the Bureau Veritas Group in September 2018.
