John Richardson

John started his career in 1990 with British Gas as an Apprentice Distribution Craftsperson. He has held a wide range of management positions across the business and was appointed as Head of Operations Delivery in 2018. John and his team are responsible for the delivery of Northern Gas Networks’ pipe overhaul programme to modernize the network, installing new connections and carrying out repair work.

John is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and a safe and reliable service with minimal interruptions to supplies.
