Hushton Leareng

Hushton Leareng is an experienced Surgical Registrar with a focus on ENT and General Surgery, currently employed at Northern Health since January 2023 and holding additional roles at Wavelength International and Launceston General Hospital. Previously, Hushton completed diverse surgical residencies at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, encompassing general surgery, urology, surgical oncology, and cardiothoracics. In addition to clinical responsibilities, Hushton serves as an Assistant Lecturer at Monash University, where responsibilities include organizing teaching sessions and supervising anatomy dissection. Hushton's educational background includes a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Surgical Anatomy from the University of Melbourne, and ongoing studies for a Master's degree in International Public Health at Victoria University.
