Uyen Phan

Uyen Phan currently serves as the Associate Director of Allied Health - Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology at Northern Health, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include strategic leadership and operational management across multiple sites. Prior experience includes roles as Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Stream Leader and Allied Health Manager at The Royal Melbourne Hospital & NorthWestern Mental Health, as well as Head of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Uyen has contributed to academia as an invited guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne and holds multiple qualifications, including a Master of Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy) and a Master of Health Leadership and Management.
