Sean McQuade

Sean McQuade currently serves as the Head of Improvement and Innovation at Northern Health and Social Care Trust, a role held since September 2018. Previously, Sean held positions as Service Improvement Manager in both the Community Care and Elective Care divisions at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Macmillan Programme Manager and Improvement Programme Lead at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, as well as Health and Fitness Development Manager at Queen's University Belfast, and various roles at Belfast City Council. Sean's academic background includes a Master of Science in Business Improvement from Ulster University, a Master of Social Science in Organisation and Management from Queen's University Belfast, a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Pedagogy from Loughborough University, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Health and Leisure Studies from Stranmillis University College.
