Heather Gummow (Moline) has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Heather worked as a Lead for Spreading Quality Improvement at Northern Health - BC since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Billing Specialist at Heather Moline Billing Services starting from November 2012. From June 2019 to September 2022, they served as the Provincial Manager at Rural Coordination Centre of BC (RCCbc) for RCME Community Program & Rural Programs' Liaisons. Additionally, they worked at Northern Health - BC as a Program Coordinator for Rural Continuing Medical Education from April 2017 to June 2019 and in Planning and Administration / Project Support from November 2009 to March 2017.

Heather Gummow (Moline) has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended the College of New Caledonia and studied Applied Business Technology. In 2003, they completed their studies at the same institution. In 2006, Heather Gummow (Moline) enrolled in the College of New Caledonia again, this time focusing on Medical Technology. From 2018 to 2019, they participated in the BC Health Leadership Development Collaborative and pursued a program called Core LINX/Leadership & Management. In 2021 and 2022, Heather Gummow (Moline) attended BCPSQC and took part in the Quality Academy. In 2023, they joined the BC Health Leadership Collaborative Development and participated in the Experience LINX/Leadership Program. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC).
