Karoline Patterson

Karoline Patterson, B.A., RPR, CPHR, M.A. Cand., currently serves as the Prince George Medical Staff Recruiter for Northern Health - BC, focusing on the recruitment and retention of physicians and nurse practitioners across the Northern Interior Region. With experience that includes roles as a Recruitment Specialist at Solutions Staffing and a Human Resources Assistant first at Canfor and then at AiMHi - Prince George Association for Community Living, Karoline has developed a strong foundation in human resources and staffing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership with a Health Specialization from Royal Roads University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of New Caledonia, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from Simon Fraser University.
