Peace Ugbem

Peace Ugbem, CPHR, currently serves as the Coordinator of Medical Staff Retention & Recruitment at Northern Health - BC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Peace worked as a Human Resource & Safety Coordinator at Chu Cho Environmental, managing recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers from October 2020 to October 2023. Peace has also held positions as an Administrative Assistant at Phoenix Transition Society, providing support to clients, and as a Residential Youth Care Worker at Milieu Family Services, focusing on skill-building and de-escalation techniques. Additionally, Peace functioned as a Human Resource Manager at OBEC Electrical Nigeria Limited, implementing hiring processes and change management strategies. Peace holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of New Caledonia and a Bachelor's degree in Applied MicroBiology & Brewing from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
