Sandra Rossi

Sandra Rossi has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Regional Director of Recruitment & Retention at Northern Health, BC since December 2016. In this role, Sandra is responsible for designing and implementing innovative recruitment and retention strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previous positions at Northern Health include Regional Manager of Recruitment and Organizational Development and Strategic Lead for Psychological Health & Safety. Sandra also worked for a decade at the College of New Caledonia as Executive Director and Associate Director of Human Resources. Early career experience includes roles as a Human Resources Staff Development Consultant at Northern Health and various counseling positions at the Prince George & District Elizabeth Fry Society. Sandra holds a Diploma in Criminology from the College of New Caledonia, a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Arts from Athabasca University, and multiple certificates from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
