Barbara Ramos

Barbara Ramos has extensive experience in the utility and call center industries, spanning over two decades at Nicor Gas since May 2000. In various leadership roles including EEP Marketing & Outreach Manager, Manager of the Contact Center, and Senior Supervisor of the Contact Center, Barbara has demonstrated strong management skills and oversight capabilities, supervising teams of up to 60 locators and managing workforce planning. Prior experience at OAG Worldwide from 1993 to 2000 included supervising the Call Center, training staff, and performing analytical and sales functions. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Columbia College Chicago and has further educational experience at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
