Andy Wang

Andy Wang is a seasoned professional in player personnel and recruiting, currently serving as the Director of Player Personnel at Northern Illinois University since May 2023. Previously, Andy held several roles at the University of Colorado Boulder from July 2019 to October 2022, including Assistant Director of Player Personnel and Recruiting Assistant, where responsibilities included cutting game film, organizing travel for coaches, and managing recruiting meetings. Andy also contributed as a National Scout for Team USA Football in 2021 and gained experience as a Player Personnel and Recruiting Intern at Miami University. Early career experiences span roles in financial services and insurance, highlighted by internships at major firms like Fidelity Investments and Auto-Owners Insurance.
