Kim Flower Wedoff

Kim Flower Wedoff has extensive experience in speech-language pathology and clinic operations. Currently serving as the Director of Clinic Finance and Operations at Northern Illinois University, Kim oversees daily operations of a $1.2 million clinic. As a sole proprietor since 2014, Kim specializes in early speech and language therapy for children. Previous roles include Director of Speech Language Pathology at Mobile Therapy Centers and Lead Speech Language Pathologist at Autism Home Support Services, where Kim managed and enhanced services across multiple locations. Kim also held academic positions as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Northern Illinois University and has a varied background in retail management. Educational qualifications include an MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University, an MS in Business Management from National Louis University, and a BS in Merchandising and Business from Eastern Illinois University.
