Patrick McDermott

Patrick McDermott serves as the Executive Pastor at Crossroads Community Church since July 2024 and is a Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team from January 2023. An Adjunct Professor of School Business Management at Northern Illinois University since August 2021, Patrick previously held the position of Assistant Superintendent for Business & Finance at Freeport School District 145 for twenty years. Additionally, Patrick contributed as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Association of School Business Officials from July 2020 to June 2023. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration / School Finance and a Master of Science in Biology from Governors State University, a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from Saint Xavier University, and a Certificate in Ministry from Global University Berean School of the Bible.
