Matt O'Kane

Matt O'Kane, CISA, CISSP, currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at NIE Networks since October 2023. Prior to this role, Matt was Senior Cybersecurity Risk & Policy Manager at ESO from January 2023 to October 2023. During a nearly nine-year tenure at ANSEC IA LTD, Matt specialized in Information Security and IT Risk Management, providing expert advice to senior management across public and private sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as a Manager in Audit Advisory at Deloitte, focusing on technology risk, and roles at Procter & Gamble and PwC, where Matt gained valuable operational and audit experience. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Accounting and Financial Management from The University of Sheffield.
