Ryan Kenny

Ryan Kenny is an experienced professional in the construction and building surveying field, currently serving as an Asbestos Compliance Officer with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive since March 2015, following a role as an Asset Management Trainee. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Graduate Building Surveyor at HBE Risk Management and held various positions at Tesco PLC and WH Stephens, including a student role that provided valuable practical experience during the HND Industrial Placement Year. Ryan's educational background includes a PG Dip in Construction Business and Leadership and a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Ulster University, complemented by a Level 5 HND in Building Studies and a Level 3 National Diploma in Construction from Northern Regional College.
