Kerrie Townsend

Kerrie Townsend serves as the Human Resources Operations Manager and Culture and Engagement Officer at Northern Ireland Water since March 2019, leading initiatives in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (E, D&I) and employee engagement programs, as well as supporting health and wellbeing initiatives. Prior to this role, Kerrie Townsend spent over a decade at Banco Santander in various positions including National Quality Manager, Conduct Risk Manager, Oversight Manager, and Mortgage Consultant, focusing on customer service, regulatory compliance, and sales performance. Kerrie Townsend began their career as a Loan Advisor at Northridge Finance Limited and holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Business and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University.
