Lauren Kelly

Lauren Kelly is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at Northern Ireland Water since April 2021, Lauren has played a key role in the provision of water and sewerage services across Northern Ireland. Prior experience includes a position as an HR Coordinator at GolfNow/NBC Universal, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and vacancy advertising. Lauren also held the position of Trainee HR Officer at Bryson Charitable Group, a leading social enterprise in Northern Ireland, and served as a Talent Acquisition Administrator and Human Resources Administrator at Allstate Northern Ireland. Lauren holds a BSc in Human Resources Management from Ulster University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
