Leslie Young has over four decades of experience in the engineering and management sectors, currently serving as Area Manager at Northern Ireland Water since March 1992. Prior roles include Process Engineer at Synthetic Industries Ltd (Ireland) and Engineering Manager at Ulcon Ltd, along with engineering positions at BICC Cables Limited. Leslie's education includes a Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies and a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Southern Regional College, an Ordinary National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Millfield College Belfast, and a Higher National Certificate in Business Information Technology from Southern Regional College, complemented by staff management and leadership training from Bankmore House. Leslie holds ILM Level 3 & Level 5 certifications.
