Michael McCarter

Michael McCarter is a seasoned Category Manager with Northern Ireland Water since December 2011, specializing in the production and management of tender and framework documents from initial business case to contract award. Prior to this role, Michael operated several successful businesses, including a public taxi depot, over a 20-year period in various sectors such as service, manufacturing, and retail. Additionally, Michael gained experience as a Junior Consultant Accountant for government contracts at The Helm Corporation from September 2005 to December 2011. Education was completed at Lurgan Technical College.
