Paddy Cashman

Paddy Cashman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, solutions architecture, and software engineering, primarily within the utility and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Northern Ireland Water since May 2022, Paddy has previously held pivotal roles such as Solutions Architect at AMT-SYBEX and Project Manager/Business Analyst at Equiniti. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Business Analyst at AMT Sybex and Client Services Team Leader at NiSoft, where expertise in wireless mobile solutions and customer-tailored IT systems was developed. Paddy's foundational experience includes roles in software development, starting as a Trainee Programmer and progressing to Software Engineer.
