Roisin Connor

Roisin Connor is an experienced professional in the field of procurement and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Capital Procurement at Northern Ireland Water since May 2017. In addition, Roisin has taken on the role of Interim Head of the Capital Programme Management Office (CPMO) and has previously worked as a Senior Programme Risk & Value Manager within the same organization. Earlier in their career, Roisin gained foundational experience as a Graduate Civil Engineer at MULHOLLAND & DOHERTY LIMITED in 2002.
