Heather Hardman-Rodgers has a background in social work and criminal justice. Heather has experience working in various roles such as Personal Health Coach, Family Case Manager, and Deputy/Shift Commander/FTO. Currently, Heather serves as the Regional Substance Use Care Coordinator and Behavioral Health Intake Specialist at NorthKey Community Care. Heather holds a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University and Franklin College, respectively.
