Sierra Reeves, LCSW, has extensive experience in social work and community support services, currently serving as the Lead Manager of Community Support Services and Team Leader of Homeless Services at NorthKey Community Care since August 2016. Prior roles include Outpatient Therapist/Shelter Outreach at the same organization and Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky College of Social Work, where responsibilities involved conducting literature searches and transcribing interviews. Sierra's earlier experience includes case management and therapy for elementary students at HealthFirst Bluegrass Inc., organizing activities for Alzheimer's fundraising at Morning Pointe, and administrative roles at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP and The Hope Center For Rehabilitation. Sierra earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Social Work, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
