Bonnie Curtis PhD serves as the CEO of GoldenSpike LLC, focusing on strategic connections between people and processes to achieve results. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Bonnie has acted as Chief Human Resources Officer at Castellini Group of Companies, enhancing employee engagement and modernizing processes for a large organization. Prior to that, Bonnie held various senior positions at Procter and Gamble, overseeing supply chain management and operations across multiple categories and regions, including significant achievements in cost reduction and operational efficiency. Bonnie also imparts knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Kentucky University, teaching strategy in the MBA program. Education includes a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
