Erica Bolenbaugh

Erica (Yacso) Bolenbaugh currently serves as the Senior Director of Advancement Operations at Northern Kentucky University, where responsibilities include managing gift processing, database administration, donor relations, campaign operations, and prospect research teams, in addition to overseeing the budget and HR processes for the Advancement Division. Previously, Erica has held various strategic roles, including Director of Campaign Operations and Donor Relations at the same institution, and significant positions with independent creative placemaking consultancies and non-profit organizations such as the Muhammad Ali Center and UGIVE.org. With a strong background in project management, strategic initiatives, and community engagement, Erica has successfully led campaigns, developed educational programs, and coordinated literacy initiatives. Erica holds a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and International Studies from The Ohio State University.
