Gary A. Gray

Gary A. Gray, D.ODC, has extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently, Gray serves as the Director of Digital Enterprise Transformation Consulting at Siemens Digital Industries Software, focusing on strategies for enterprise transformation in alignment with Industry 4. Additionally, Gray is an Adjunct Professor at Northern Kentucky University, teaching various management courses and leading international business experiences for graduate students. Gray also contributes as Adjunct Faculty at The Citadel, specializing in organizational development and transformation. Past positions include Senior Designer at Hill-Rom, with experience in medical equipment design and patent contributions, and Electrical/Mechanical Designer at Stewart-Decatur Security Systems. Gray holds a Doctorate in Organizational Development & Change and multiple degrees in business and leadership from respected institutions.
