Kayla Ritter Rickels

Kayla Ritter Rickels, Ed.D., is an experienced educator and leader in the field of educational leadership and equity. Currently serving as part-time faculty at Northern Kentucky University, Kayla has also held significant roles including Senior Director and Postsecondary Leadership Coach at OneGoal, Lead Coach at District C, and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Thomas More University. As the founder of AlignED Strategy, Kayla focuses on creating sustainable and equitable change in educational systems. Previous positions include overseeing college access programs at Cincinnati Public Schools and Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, as well as managing recruitment at both the University of Cincinnati and Thomas More College. Kayla holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University, alongside multiple degrees in mathematics and marketing.
