Lisa Desmarais

Lisa Desmarais has extensive experience in public administration, technology services, and finance, currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Master of Public Administration program at Northern Kentucky University since May 2014. Lisa held the position of Chairwoman on the KCTCS Board of Regents from August 2016 to July 2022, influencing higher education governance in Kentucky. Lisa served as Director of Technology Services for the Kenton County Fiscal Court from January 2017 to December 2019, focusing on technology strategy and implementation for a population of over 165,000. Previous roles include Director of Finance and Operations for the City of Covington, Executive Director of Family Promise of Northern Kentucky, and various management positions at Fidelity Investments and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Lisa holds an MPA from Northern Kentucky University and a BS in Business Management/Computer Science from Rhode Island College.
