Mike Perozek serves as the SVP of Sales and Customer Success at Northern Light since July 2025. Previously held the position of VP of Sales at DataCamp from 2022 to 2024, where the focus was on democratizing data science education on a global scale. Additionally, Mike was a Growth Advisor at Sproutward in 2021-2022, supporting DTC e-commerce companies with data-driven marketing and operational decisions. Prior to that, Mike held senior roles in sales and marketing at Smartvid.io, Buildium LLC, and Bullhorn, achieving significant revenue growth at each organization. Early career experiences include positions at Emptoris, Inc., where Mike managed sales teams and business development, and a role as Client Success Manager at Kenan Systems, which was acquired by Lucent Technologies. Mike holds a BA in Economics and History from Stanford University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus on New Product & Venture Development.
