Navneet Marwaha

Dr. Marwaha, MD, FHM, is the Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for Northern Light Health. In her role, Dr. Marwaha oversees quality and patient safety for the system, providing vision and strategic direction for quality initiatives for all Northern Light member organizations. She is passionate about process and systems improvement with the goal of supporting clinical teams to help deliver the highest quality of care. Dr. Marwaha also recognizes the importance of a positive healthcare experience for Northern Light patients. She enthusiastically contributes to building a high-reliability organization striving for clinical excellence with a goal of zero patient harm.

An experienced physician leader with a demonstrated excellence in quality and safety, Dr. Marwaha’s extensive post-doctoral training includes the American Medical Informatics Association’s 10 X 10 course in Clinical Informatics, Patient Safety Executive Development Program from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the Clinical Process Improvement Leadership Program at the Edward P. Lawrence Center for Quality and Safety at Massachusetts General Hospital.
