Donald Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Donald started their career at Comunicaciones Centurion, where they founded the company and secured a concession for a portion of the 28 GHz frequency band in Venezuela. Donald later joined Teleeconomico USA Inc as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, where they launched the world's first web client-based VOIP service.

Following this, Donald worked at Stewart & Stevenson as the International Business Development Latin America, responsible for sales and marketing of oil drilling and power generation equipment in Central and Latin America. Donald then moved on to The Larson Group as the Product Development and Director of International Business Development, where they introduced and developed new international markets for power generation products.

In 2011, Donald founded Mtrigen, an engineering, manufacturing, and distribution company specializing in power products and systems. Donald played a pivotal role as the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, overseeing the development and patenting of micro-sized power-heating-cooling systems.

Their most recent role is at Northern Lights, Inc., where they started as a Technologist and progressed to roles such as New Product Development and Global Sales Manager.
