Shaun Devlin Shepard

Shaun Devlin Shepard, EdD, currently serves as the School Director at 3DE Schools, where the 3DE instructional model was successfully launched at Surrattsville High School in 2022. In this role, Shaun manages a team of 30 teachers and oversees 750 high school students while fostering partnerships with local and national businesses to enhance student engagement in entrepreneurship. Additionally, Shaun holds positions as a Research Specialist at The George Washington University, conducting literature reviews and collaborating with faculty on research projects, and as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Michigan University, teaching graduate-level Communications to MBA students. Previous experience includes roles as a Writing Consultant and Program Coordinator in various educational settings, along with research and policy work related to education. Shaun Devlin Shepard holds a Doctor of Education from The George Washington University, a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University.
