Pava Leyrer, CMC, CRMS, CMP, has over 45 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the President of Northern Mortgage since January 2018, where the company is expanding to become a multi-state lender with a focus on both conventional and government loan expertise. Prior to this role, Pava was the Chief Operating Officer at Northern Mortgage Services from August 2014 to December 2017. As President-Owner of Heritage National Mortgage from October 1999 to December 2013, Pava dedicated over 35 years to assisting homeowners with residential mortgages, emphasizing budgeting, credit, education, and training for consumers.
