Rick Case

Rick Case, CSM, is an experienced IT Project Manager and Scrum Master with a diverse background in various industries, including healthcare, finance, and software development. Currently serving at Northern Natural Gas since September 2013, Rick has previously held roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, Modis, and Wells Fargo Financial, where responsibilities ranged from managing large-scale software implementation projects to directing complex project teams. Rick's expertise includes the Agile framework, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Scrum Master accredited by the Scrum Alliance.
