Robert Wagner

Robert Wagner is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software quality assurance and systems administration. Currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst 3 at Northern Natural Gas since August 2019, Robert focuses on quality assurance within agile teams, automating testing using UFT and Selenium, and developing test scenarios for a variety of applications. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist at Insight Global for CareSource, and held positions at Quest Diagnostics, Seapine Software, Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, and Volt, accumulating extensive experience in software testing and system administration. Robert's career began with military service in the US Army as a Cavalry Scout, followed by academic achievements with a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Washington State University and an Associate's degree in Engineering from Clark College.
