Kyle F. Allwine

Kyle F. Allwine, CCC, currently serves as the Manager of Public Relations at Northern Neck Electric Cooperative since January 2024, following a brief tenure as the Economic Development Director for Stafford County Department of Economic Development. Previously, Kyle held several roles at Northern Neck Electric Co-Op, including Manager of Public Relations, where responsibilities included developing government relations and managing communications, economic development initiatives, and community support programs. At Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, Kyle contributed as Vice President of Membership and Government Affairs, advocating for local businesses and facilitating communication among key stakeholders. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor's in History and Historic Preservation. Additional leadership development was accomplished through the Leadership Fredericksburg program.
