Mike Ravenek

Mike Ravenek has a diverse work experience in the health sciences field. Mike began their career in 2006 as a Volunteer Coordinator at the Movement Disorders Research & Rehabilitation Centre. In 2010, they served as the Executive Director for the Canadian Society of Occupational Scientists until 2013. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as an Assistant Professor at the Western University's School of Occupational Therapy. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Health Sciences at NOSM University since June 2020 and will begin their role as Director, Health Sciences & Program Development in January 2024.

Mike Ravenek received their Hon BA in Kinesiology & Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2008. Mike then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Western University from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they completed their education at Western University with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Rehabilitation Science from 2010 to 2014.
