Enrico Lambertini has had a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. In 2008, they worked as a Designer for wind turbine power plant and wind resource / wind turbine specialist at Becquerel Electric S.r.l. In 2009, they were a Mechanical designer for R&D. small wind turbines and Ph.D. reasercher in small wind turbine building integration at Tozzi Nord S.r.l., as well as a PhD student at the University of Udine. In 2012, they were a Project manager at Becquerel Electric S.r.l. and from 2013 to present, they have been a Global Service Manager and Customer Service Operations Manager at Northern Power Systems. As Global Service Manager, they are responsible for the service of UK, Italy, USA and the development of emerging markets. As Customer Service Operations Manager, they are the Italy Manager of the operating division and is responsible for certification for CEI 0-21, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as the start-up of production facility in Italy. Enrico also held an Application engineer role at Northern Power Systems.

Enrico Lambertini's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Energy Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Udine, obtained between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Ferrara between 2003 and 2008. Enrico also obtained a senior high school specializing in science education from Liceo Scientifico Wiligelmo between 1998 and 2003.
