Donna Rivett

Donna Rivett has over 39 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology. Currently serving as the ERP System Operations Manager at Northern Safety & Industrial since March 1993, Donna is a key member of the SAP Project Team, with expertise in BASIS, Process Integration, and SAP Security. Previously, Donna managed an ERP team, oversaw daily hardware and software operations, and played a vital role in facility upgrades such as the installation of fiber optics and a new PBX system. Prior experience includes a position as Service Assistant at Verizon from November 1987 to June 1993, where Donna supervised staff and managed emergency communications, and a role as International Operator at AT&T from September 1984 to November 1987, where Donna handled complex international calls and supervised operations during corporate transitions.
